Studio EightxFour
For architects, designers, contractors and rollout teams. Upload a BOQ, a material schedule, a drawing set or a cutting list and get back a structured quote that separates materials, fabrication, installation and logistics — line by line, with brands named, so it can be checked against your own estimate rather than accepted on trust.

01 — Upload
Nothing here is a lead-capture form. Drop the files, see how they are classified, and see the shape of the quote that comes back before you hand over a phone number.
Drop the drawing set here
BOQ, elevations, material schedule, cutting list — whatever you already have. Multiple files are fine, and a photographed handwritten list is fine too.
Preview only — files stay in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
BOQ
Excel, CSV or PDF — item, unit, quantity
Drawings
PDF, DWG, DXF, SKP — plans and elevations
Material schedule
Brand, grade, thickness, shade code
Cutting list
Panel sizes, quantities, grain direction
Example of what comes back
Wardrobes ×3, TV unit, crockery unit, kitchen
Illustrative figures for a worked example — not a live quotation. Your quote is built against your own BOQ with brands, grades and quantities from your schedule.

How it works
01
BOQ, drawings, material schedule or cutting list — as many files as you have.
02
Quantities checked against the drawings, assumptions listed openly.
03
Materials, fabrication, installation and logistics returned as separate blocks.
04
Phased supply, fabrication and installation against your programme.
Questions
Whatever you already have. A BOQ is ideal, a drawing set works, and a material schedule plus rough areas is enough for a first pass. Assumptions we had to make are listed on the quote so you can correct them rather than discover them.
Not silently. Where a specified product is unavailable we quote the specification as drawn and put the alternative beside it, with the price difference and the reason. Substitution is your decision, not ours.
Yes. Materials, fabrication, installation and logistics are quoted as separate blocks precisely so you can take any of them and leave the rest.
Despatch is planned against your programme rather than dumped in one delivery. On rollouts that usually means a fixed kit per site and a schedule of dates.
Variations are priced against the same rate card as the original quote, so a change mid-project does not become a renegotiation.
A clean BOQ typically comes back within two working days. A drawing set that has to be taken off takes longer, and we tell you which one yours is when it arrives.
Studio EightxFour
Every board, laminate and hinge on a Studio quote is a product you can open in the EightByFour catalogue and price yourself. That is the whole idea — the material does not disappear inside the quotation.
