Solid Surface Price in Hyderabad

₹500/sq.ft across 62 priced products from 3 brands, excluding GST.

Acrylic solid surface is priced per square foot on brand, colour family and whether the sheet is the bendable grade. The finished counter costs more than the material — fabrication, edge build-up and an integrated sink are the bigger part of the number — so the per sq.ft rate is only the starting point.

The table below groups the catalogue by brand: Durasein, Tiara and Vivanta, in bendable and non-bendable grades. Plain whites and light stones sit at the bottom of the range; deep colours, sparkles and marble-look patterns sit at the top.

For a counter quote we need the run length, the number of sink cut-outs, the edge profile and whether any section curves. Send the kitchen or vanity drawing and it comes back priced as a finished top, not a stack of sheets.

Solid surface vs granite vs quartz vs laminate counter

For a kitchen or vanity counter the four options are not close substitutes — they differ on seams, repair and heat before they differ on price.

MaterialSeamsRepairable on siteHeatRelative cost
Acrylic solid surfaceJoined invisibly — one continuous surface, integrated sinkYes — sanded out, no replacementTrivets needed; scorches under a hot panMid-high
GraniteVisible seams; slab-size limitedNo — a chip or crack is permanentExcellent — takes a hot pan directlyMid
Quartz (engineered stone)Visible seamsNoGood, not unlimited — resin can markHigh
Laminate counter (post-formed)Visible joins; edge is the weak pointNo — swells once the edge lets water inPoorLowest

Solid surface wins where a seamless run, an integrated sink or a curved edge is the point. Granite wins on raw heat resistance and outright cost. Pick the counter for the job, not the showroom sample.

Where each option belongs

Kitchen countertops

The main use, and the one that justifies the cost: a seamless run with an integrated sink and no grout line to fail. Specify the bendable grade where the design has a curved edge or a waterfall end.

Bathroom vanity tops

A one-piece top with a moulded basin and coved upstand — nothing for water to get behind. This is where solid surface outlasts a stone top with a drop-in bowl.

Reception and commercial counters

Long runs joined invisibly, back-lit panels, and a surface that can be sanded back to new after years of use rather than replaced.

Where granite is the better call

A budget-led kitchen, or one where hot pans land straight on the counter. Solid surface needs trivets; granite does not.

Frequently asked questions

What is the price of solid surface in Hyderabad?

Per square foot, the range runs from plain whites at the bottom to patterned and deep-colour sheets at the top — the table above shows the live span by brand, excluding GST. The finished counter costs more again once fabrication, edge build-up and the sink cut-out are added.

What is the difference between bendable and non-bendable solid surface?

Bendable grade can be thermoformed around a curve — a rounded island edge, a waterfall end, a coved upstand. Non-bendable is for flat runs only and costs less. The catalogue labels each sheet by grade.

Is solid surface cheaper than granite?

Usually not, once fabrication is counted. Solid surface is chosen for the seamless joins, the integrated sink and the fact it can be sanded back to new — not to save money over granite.

Which solid surface brands do you supply?

Durasein, Tiara and Vivanta, in bendable and non-bendable grades. All three are acrylic solid surface — the same material category as Corian.

Can you fabricate and install the counter as well?

Yes. Send the kitchen or vanity drawing with the run length, sink positions and edge profile, and the quote comes back for the finished, installed top rather than the raw sheet.
