The one cabinet in a flat that is worth marine grade on its own. Carcass, base and back panel.
Bathroom vanity
Full marine specification including drawer boxes. Everything else in the bathroom is replaceable; the vanity is not.
Balcony and terrace joinery
Covered balconies in Hyderabad still take monsoon driving rain. Marine grade or nothing.
Where marine is overspecified
