Built from thin, uniform layers of birch veneer with a completely void-free core — no gaps and no overlapping between layers, so glue coverage runs full face to back. That construction gives it a few practical advantages over standard plywood: • Superior screw and nail holding, since threads bite into solid veneer rather than a softer core • Strong, consistent bonding that holds up well under repeated moisture exposure • A clean, void-free edge that can be left exposed and simply sanded, without needing edge tape • Fully calibrated for a smooth, wave-free surface — ideal as a base under laminate or veneer • Natural resistance to borer and termite damage • Well suited to CNC cutting, laser engraving, and detailed joinery work Commonly used for furniture, cabinetry, die boards, engineered flooring underlayment, and toy and packaging production.
